These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gtmlb.com and the services offered through it (together, the "Services"), operated by Global Trade Market ("GTM", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

GTM acts as a local desk and introducer that connects traders, investors and introducing brokers (IBs) with independent partner brokers, including BBCorp. GTM is not itself a broker, is not the executing venue, and is not a party to any trade you place.

All accounts are opened and all trades are executed on the partner broker's platform, under that broker's own terms, conditions and regulatory framework. Leverage, spreads, fees, margin, order execution, deposits and withdrawals are the responsibility of the partner broker. GTM does not receive, hold or manage client trading funds.

The information on our website and provided by our team is general in nature and for informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate and read our Risk Disclosure before trading.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Services and open a trading account.

You are responsible for ensuring that trading leveraged products and using the Services is lawful in your country of residence. The Services are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

You agree that the information you provide to us — including through account or referral forms — is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it up to date. Providing false or misleading information, or impersonating another person, may result in refusal or termination of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password or credentials used to access the referral dashboard, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Where offered, our referral programme lets you earn rewards for referring others who open an account. Referrals are tracked by a referral code and are only counted once the referred lead is verified and approved by our team; pending referrals are not payable and rejected referrals are excluded.

Rewards, tiers and eligibility are as published on the relevant pages and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to withhold rewards and to suspend participation where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral, duplicate or fake sign-ups, or any other abuse of the programme.

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully or in any way that could damage, disable or impair them; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data; not to introduce malicious code; and not to scrape, copy or misuse content except as expressly permitted.

The Services and their content — including text, graphics, logos and the GTM name and branding — are owned by or licensed to GTM and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Services rely on and link to third-party providers, including partner brokers and market-data and analytics tools. Your dealings with any partner broker are governed solely by the agreement between you and that broker. GTM is not responsible for the availability, content, products, services or conduct of any third party.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information provided is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTM and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your trading with any partner broker.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTM and its personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you, the courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
